To create and define working hours it is necessary to click on “Attendance” tab, then in section “Settings” click on “Working hours“. After that, new window opens where is necessary to click on green plus icon.

New window opens where code and name of working hours must be entered. There are five tabs are included: General, Pause, Penalties, Overtime and Standby.

General tab contains labels with general data about working hours, type and period. Weekend time should be defined as standalone working time. Working hours are defined by click on clock icon. Besides working hours, it is possible to define allowed delay and earliness of employees. It is also possible to define night working hours, and to limit all time flow to the period of work time.
Pause tab contains labels for defining beginning, duration and ending of pause. Also is offers options for counting in pause time and obligatory use of pauses.
Penalties tab contains labels with inherit options from earliness and delay labels. It is possible to count double time, or to cancel the whole daily time amount.
Overtime tab contains fields with options for defining type of overtime work. There are two types: period and interval of overtime work. If the interval of overtime hours is defined, it is calculated ad product of overtime working hours and defined coefficient. According to settings, overtime is calculated to overtime accumulated hours, fond of effective hours, or it is recorded separately. If period of overtime hours is defined, then the user defines Threshold over which overtime hours are going to be calculated. For example, if period of working hours is defined to 8 hours, and threshold is also set to 8 hours, everything over 8 hours is going to the overtime hours.

Stand by tab contains fields for defining beginning and ending of stand by work.
In order to desired changes make official, choose “Submit” option by click.
Attendo system
Attendo is a system for keeping track of working hours of employees and/or controlling the staff. Includes logging and storing passes, access permissions, data processing, and generating reports. The system consists of a terminal for RFID cards or tags, biometric identification or PIN, and server and web applications for administration and management of the system.
Attendo products
Attendo allows you to record a variety of events (arriving to work, going out for a break, going out for work or private related matters, leaving work, etc.) as well as defining the time frame when access or logging is enabled. This allows full control of employee access to desired rooms.
